Senator Harris Will Decide on 2020 Presidential Campaign Over the Holiday

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.’s own Senator Kamala Harris (D - California) has announced that she will decide if she will enter a bid for the 2020 presidential campaign during the holiday season.

Senator Harris has stated that this will be a family decision on whether this decision becomes into fruition.

Senator Harris is in her first term as senator and is a favorite for a presidential bid since becoming the senator of California in 2016. When Senator Harris won in 2016, she made history by not only the first African-American woman to represent California in the Senate but also as the first Indian-American senator in the country.

Senator Harris became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. at Howard University where she majored in Political Science and Economics. If Senator Harris would be elected as President of the United States, she would not only make history by becoming the first woman and African-American woman to be elected, but also the first president to attend an HBCU and be a member of an NPHC organization! In the meantime, lets see if Senator Harris decides to enter a bid. Fingers crossed!
